Classic Bar Package

Our primary Day-Of Coordination package with services based on a guest count of up to 150 guests.

    • Before the Wedding

      • Unlimited emails from the moment you sign

      • A 30-minute introduction call to your assigned lead coordinator (cue Julie Andrews, "getting to know you!") and how you will communicate during the planning process.

      • An initial planning call to review day-of details with the Virtual Wedding Portal (3 versions of a draft timeline, vendor contact, decor set-up, wedding to-do list, and wedding party).

      • Scheduled phone consults beginning eight weeks before the wedding to review details

      • Conduct and lead one site visit (final vendor walk-through)

      • Timeline development and review

      • Contract review

    • Two Weeks Before the Wedding

      • Phone consult to confirm and finalize the timeline

      • Review final ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour layouts

      • Timeline distribution to the vendor team

      • Coordinate wedding rehearsal

    • Wedding Day

      • Two Coordinators arrive on site 2 hours before the wedding ceremony time

      • Oversee vendor setup, deliveries, and installations

      • Lead wedding party, guests, and vendor coordination for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

      • Provide up to 8 hours of service on the day of (additional hours available)

      • Place printed wedding materials such as programs, escort cards, and signage

  • The Classic Bar Package PLUS the consolidation of all of your wedding decor items, arranged in the boxes you've provided. If you also need assistance getting those items off the property, we can transport those items to a vehicle and consolidation begins at the end of the event so the guest responsible for the vehicle can enjoy the event.

  • Couples who have heavy DIY decor elements such as candles and don’t have family or wedding party attendants who will remove things from the venue at the end of the night.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Send an email to Ja’el with more specifics such as to why and what you’re looking for. Then we can aim for a better fit from the team or your money back if we cannot provide a more compatible match.

  • You are provided access to us via email, as soon as you sign your contract and pay your deposit! Everyone on the team has a full-time job so email is the best way to reach us. It also keeps us extremely organized especially when working with multiple clients at a time. During your introduction call, your lead coordinator will give you their window for response times.

  • Absolutely! We love setting up pre-assembled flowers, and for the record we won’t hang, tape or glue. During the planning process we discuss more specifics on how to achieve this.

  • No matter where you’re having your wedding reception, whether at an art gallery, a hotel, or a tent on your parents’ lawn, you’ll need to figure out a floor plan for your wedding reception setup. Deciding how to place the dance floor, tables, stage, and bar(s) will have a major impact on the flow of the evening, and it is important to ensure that you organize the space in a way that adequately utilizes and showcases the venue. This is why we prefer to work with full-service caterers because it’s included in their scope.
