Our clients plan their own wedding and understand the need to hand over the reigns on the wedding day so they hire our team to pull their plans, vision, and vendors together on the wedding day. We work with couples 8 weeks before the wedding ensuring no detail has been overlooked and help tie up any loose ends. On the day-of the wedding, we oversee and make sure every aspect of the wedding is carried out as planned.

Here is what is included with our wedding coordination service:

Before the Wedding

• Phone consults beginning 8 weeks before the wedding to review details

• Provide day-of details and vendor contact planning sheet

• Conduct and lead one site visit

• Timeline development and review

• Contract review

Two Weeks Before the Wedding

• Phone consult to confirm and finalize timeline

• Review final ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour layouts

• Timeline distribution to the vendor team

• Coordinate wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day

• Two Coordinators arrive onsite 2 hours prior to wedding ceremony time

• Oversee vendor set up, deliveries, and installations

• Lead wedding party, guests, and vendor coordination for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

• Provide up to 8 hours of service on the day-of (additional hours available)

• Place printed wedding materials such as programs, escort cards, and signage

• Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

• Breakdown and secure personal decor items (additional flat rate)
